Hi, I’m Dani Hestermann, Founder and CEO of The Quality Maven.

I’ve always loved finding ways to do things better. Growing up I thought I wanted to be an inventor – and when I realized engineers are modern day inventors, I became one. Then I discovered the principles of quality management, which are all about improvement and making products and processes better.

After more than 20 years of experience spanning various industries, from manufacturing to chemical production, I fell in love with improving the products we use to improve our lives. I founded The Quality Maven to provide you with the expertise and support you need to focus on growing your business with confidence.
