About Me

Growing up, I always loved finding ways to do things better. I thought I wanted to be an inventor, and when I realized that engineers are modern-day inventors, I became one. My journey led me to discover the principles of quality management, which are all about improvement and making products and processes better.

After more than 20 years of experience spanning various industries, from manufacturing to chemical production, I fell in love with improving the products we use to enhance our lives. This passion led me to found The Quality Maven, where I provide the expertise and support you need to focus on growing your business with confidence.
